Cancellation Policy
Payment for your water barrel subscription will be paid from your card details (which are securely stored with us) on a monthly basis. 

You can pause your subscription at any time. Once payment is taken for the next delivery we cannot offer a refund, but you can pause or cancel for the next delivery period. 

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Your subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time by logging onto your account. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Changing Your Subscription Quantity

Login to your account and then click 'Manage Subscription'. From there you can edit your subscription, including the number of barrels you receive. Note - we will update your delivery costs in line with the number of barrels you order (we charge delivery costs per barrel).

Empty Bottles

All barrels remain the property of Echo Spring Water. We will collect empty bottles on the same day as the next delivery.

Once bottles are finished please keep clean indoors, in a dry cool space out of sunlight until collection. 

We ask for the empty bottles to be put out on the morning of collection (same day as the delivery), with the cap back on. This prevents any dust or bugs creeping in!

As our barrels are reusable, any not returned on the delivery/collection day may incur a charge of £6.00 per barrel to cover replacement costs.
